So I've got my bingo card at long last. My first impression is dear lord, there are a lot of squares on here about children! And I say this as someone who has already written at least one multi-chapter kidfic. Right now I currently have my eye on the vertical line that begins with "kidfic" and goes through the Free Space. I could probably write a prequel to the Carmen kidfic I already wrote- I've had some ideas for that for awhile, using her POV. The original, Parthenogenesis, is written from the POV of the kid. "Secretly a virgin" is one of my all time favorite fanfic tropes! So I feel like I gotta go for that one. It might give me a chance to finally write a Favrielle/Phedre story....because if there's anyone who's secretly a virgin in the Kushielverse, it's everyone's favorite grumpy couturier, Favrielle. Or maybe I'll write something about Alais. I often love when the person who is secretly a virgin is someone you'd never suspect of being one....but the idea of writing any of the Shahrizai as secret virgins is just too unbelievable.

For the free space, I'm thinking maybe sex pollen or historical: AU of some sort. The latter especially if I can get my photoset skills up to speed- I have lots of photoset ambitions for Kushielverse set during the Cold War or Golden Age of Hollywood. TBH. Day at the Beach and AU: Band don't really do it for me. I'm sure I could come up with a beach/vacation fic, but man, I don't really get the bandfic AUs. Never been my thing. I might have to go with a recs list there. Again, if I had better artistic skills...something where the cops and drug dealers from The Wire are all in a band...or the Starks have some kind of Partridge Family-esque thing going on could really be funny. (ok so maybe i do understand the appeal a little...) Thoughts?
