Wow, she sounds really neat. I honestly know next to nothing about her (my American history in general is ridiculously deficient) so this totally fit the prompt from my pov. Incidentally Parlor Politics is an amazing set of search terms to enter into MIT's library catalog, and I think I'm going to be distracted reading titles for a while now :)
